DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT touch this company or any others associated with Kybotech with a disinfected barge pole. Absolutely atrocious company to deal with - they really do not care one jot about customer service despite what they say - wonder why the 'sales' line is free and 'customer service' is premium rate?? hmmmm Dont be fooled by their perpetual 'sale' either. Be warned.

This is a Kybotech Company. 
They take your money when you order. 
They are difficult to contact and your order may never arrive. I gave trying to phone them and used email. 
I placed my order in June 14th for £439 
On July 25th I sent an email asking when I might expect delivery - there was no reply. 
On the 10th of August I informed them that unless I was given a delivery date I would cancel - there was no reply 
On the 22nd August I cancelled the order - there was no reply 
On the 24th August I threatened to contact my credit card company unless I had a response by the 31st August. 
On the 29th of August I got my first email response stating that: "the Accounts Team have cancelled the order and are processing a full refund" 
On the 30th of August the money was refunded to my credit card.

Order patio set 2nd August on promise of 7 day delivery. Credit card debited that day. After 14 days have made may attempts to call on 0870 number with no success. Their 'live-help' draws no response. They have not responded to recorded delivery letter. They have obtained my money by criminal deception. Next step is Trading Standards. Do not use this fraudulent company. There are many similar stories on www.moneysavingexpert.com forums about this company. Stay clear!

We are aware of the issues that we had over the last few months. The business has recently put in place a new management structure including new, experienced customer support professionals who are more than happy to help resolve any issues you may have regarding service. This has had the benefit of dramatically reducing call waiting times on our phone lines and our email support service.
