User review: I found exactly what I wanted without too much fuss and ordering them was so straight forward and I could specify a delivery date which suited me perfectly. I was telephoned by Customer Services to confirm my order and informed of the delivery timescale (and did NOT have to wait all day, as with other companies). The driver called me 15 minutes before delivery, to ensure I was ready. They delivered, installed and an removed old item without any fuss. They were cheerful, polite and went through the paperwork. It
was a thoroughly satisfying experience - I was made to feel as if I was the only customer they had! Would you use the website again? Yes What rating would you give the

User review: This is my first time shopping with this merchant and the experience was a good one. I will definitely buy from there again. The only problem was my order was not properly processed at first by customer service while trying to confirm the order I placed over the net, resulting in my placing it all over again. User review: I was very cross that it was not made clearer to me that the old washing machine had to be disconnected by me rather than by the people who delivered and were going to
install the new one. Because of this I was unable to take advantage of the installation and disposal. Otherwise, I was reasonably satisfied. Would you use the website again? Yes What rating would you give the
