Very poor service. Despite confirming that refunds were available, I have not been able to return a damaged cafetiere for over two months. The company never answers phone calls or emails and therefore cannot be trusted

This company sent me a faulty coffee machine and then ignored phone messages and e-mails when I tried to ask for a refund. I have now been waiting 5 weeks for a reply from them, no luck yet.
