I have used play for a few years now and I would recommend them to anyone. The website is easy to navigate with search facilities to help you find the items you are looking for. The website has all its costs clearly defined with free delivery on everything. They offer a number 
of secure ways to pay for your purchases. All the items that I have received from play have arrived in superb condition. I've only ever had one problem with play.com and a quick phone call was all it took to sort it out, the item I was after was posted that evening. All in all, a good shopping experience time and time again.

This was the first site I ever ordered from, and from the first time to now, I have never had any problems with Play. Their prices have 95% of the time been better than anywhere else I have looked and their delivery times are quick, and products arrive in good condition.

It is very easy to cancel orders that are still being processed etc should you change your mind.

I think the customer service could be improved a bit but other than that, fantastic and would definitely recommend!

This website is my most popular choice when it comes to ordering CD s / DVD s etc.  Payment is straight forward and they send you confirmation of your order straight away to your email address.  Most of the products include free delivery so it doesn't bump up your cost at the end!  I have always chose the free delivery option and it normally takes around 4 - 5 working days, but you can pay to have them delivered sooner.  Each time they have emailed me when the product has been dispatched.  The products have arrived very well packaged every time.  I definitely have no hesitations of using this website again would recommend this website to others.
