I use PC World Business on regular occasions and I have found them very useful. On the odd occasions where a mistake has been made on an order they have sorted out the problem very promptly. They tell you stock levels of items and expected delivery dates of out of stock items so you know how long you will be waiting. Your account section is very helpful showing you your previous orders as well as your invoices. The only grumble I have is the standard £9.95 delivery charge, if you are only ordering a couple of items the cost soon shoots up. One note on delivery, I once ordered a printer at 5pm, I got into work at 9am the next day and it was sat there waiting for me!  All in all, an excellent shopping experience, not always the cheapest but certainly reliable.
