I found the website very easy to access and after reading the reviews of other customers who purchased the straighteners i ordered the tourmaline MK 4 wide for £39.99. However i am still waiting for the delivery. I ordered the product on 18.01.07 its been almost 3weeks and i have not had any information as to why i have not received the straightener. Every time i ring hair stuff direct there is no one to answer the phone, every time i email them i get no reply. I have rung them almost 30/40 times and within that time they have picked the phone up once saying that they will dispatch the order for next day delivery. So many days have passed by but there is still no sign of the straighteners.

Would you use the website again? No
