First time I have ordered through Foxy and I was impressed. it was the cheapest price I found for the DVD I wanted and ordering was really easy. They emailed to confirm the stage of my order every day. I received my order 4 days after placing it which I was very happy with.

Avoid these like the plague. I fell for the cheap prices and bought from them, It was not until I then saw other site reviews I realised there could be problems - yup! 3 hours after ordering from them, they confirmed my order, took the cash (others only bill you when the order is posted) and told me my order had been picked and had moved to dispatch! 5 weeks later and guess what? Yes, it's still in dispatch. contacting them is impossible - no telephone number available, and contacting them through the site is like banging your head against a brick wall, you get an automatic response saying that someone will be allocated to your request - yeah! right. Thats as far as it ever goes! 
Give these numpties the heave ho! By trying to save a pound or two, your really losing the lot!
