Do not use - flowers sent to my mother for Mothering Sunday arrived with yellowed leaves and half were dead within three days. Although 'guaranteed' for seven days, if you complain after three days they refuse to deal with the complaint (which goes against their own policy on their website) and are rude in doing so. I reclaimed the money via my credit card company.

Flowers died after 5 days, was not offered refund/exchange despite still being within the 7 day guarantee. This company do not care about customer service. They will not talk to you on the phone, just send e-mails as they are cowards. AVOID
