User review: I have been using Ebuyer for a few small purchases which have all gone smoothly. I decided to buy a Toshiba 42" LCD TV from them as they seemed to offer the most attractive price compared to the other obvious choices. For the previous orders I chose their free delivery option, but this time round I decided to pay for next day delivery. I ordered the TV on Tuesday night before going to sleep and I had a day off from work on Thursday. The TV didn't arrive till about 4pm, but never the less, Ebuyer delivered as promised so I can't fault them. The TV arrived by City-Link and the box was shrink wrapped to keep it secure when lifting. I was up and running within 20 minutes of unpacking. Just a note, if you are planning on getting a FREEVIEW TV, make sure you have reception in your area. Even if you do, you may need a wideband aerial like I did. Once again I cannot fault the service from

User review: Goods arrived exactly when advised. I was unavailable so redelivery was arranged without fuss. Ebuyers range is very extensive so finding exactly what I wanted was easy and the goods arrived in perfect condition. Knowing that I can phone eBuyer, if needs be, is a great comfort, though I did not need to with this purchase. Would you use the website again? Yes What rating would you give the

User review: Purchase was only marred by delivery company who left a card on the Thursday morning saying they would attempt to re-deliver the following day. I waited in all day but they failed to turn up. I attempted to contact them on the Friday night but couldn't get hold of anyone until the following Monday to arrange another delivery day. I
don't consider this was Ebuyer's fault. Would you use the website again? Yes What rating would you give the
