Goods arrived exactly when advised. I was unavailable so redelivery was arranged without fuss. Ebuyers range is very extensive so finding exactly what I wanted was easy and the goods arrived in perfect condition. Knowing that I can phone eBuyer, if needs be, is a great comfort, though I did not need to with this purchase.

Purchase was only marred by delivery company who left a card on the Thursday morning saying they would attempt to re-deliver the following day. I waited in all day but they failed to turn up. I attempted to contact them on the Friday night but couldn't get hold of anyone until the following Monday to arrange another delivery day. I don't consider this was Ebuyer's fault.
