Worst
customer service I have ever experienced! avoid this company like they
avoid delivery dates

Don't
care if your flowers arrive, Don't care if your not happy with their
service.
I ordered 2 weeks in advance of the date I wanted them delivered, then
phoned a week before to make sure they would get to my girlfriend before
she left work (was having them delivered to the school she works at), a
very unfriendly woman who obviously couldn't care less about my order
told me that because of the delivery method I had chosen (I actually
didn't choose any method because delivery was included in the price and
there
was no options to choose from) they may not even get there on the date I
wanted,
they can take up to 48 hours!! the only suggestion she had to offer was
to
cancel the order.
So it seems that the only way you can get flowers delivered on the date
you actually want them is to wait until the last minuet and pay up for a
'next day' or 'same day' delivery. although I wouldn't trust them on
that.
I emailed them a complaint and received back an automated 'sorry your
unsatisfied with our service' reply full of grammatical errors.

The flowers you have ordered are sent by 1st class post and can take up
to 48hrs for delivery as stated on the web site (I spent 30mins looking
for this and never
found it, they must have hidden it well).
As you will can see below his simple box packed with 30 stems of the
freshest assortment of spray carnations to be enjoyed along with a
complimentary bar of Thornton's
chocolate with fudge pieces.
Your flowers will be deliverd by Royal Mail First Class post anywhere in
the
UK six days a week. Deliveries can take up to 48hours from selected
date.

On the delivery day, they didn't turn up, and my Girlfriend fell out
with me because I had forgotten our anniversary.
Despite declaring on their website "Your satisfaction is our first
and foremost priority" and even after I complained a week in
advance about them not getting there on time, no effort at all was made
to get them there on time.
ignore the one star rating I have given this company, they don't even
deserve
that.

Terrible service.
Although the online ordering process is simple enough they have failed to deliver flowers on two valentines days. The latest was 2007 and they rang to cancel their order at the last minute, promising to deliver on the Saturday, I arranged Monday morning, rang to check Monday afternoon and it appeared there was no plan to ship any order until at least Tuesday.
Recommend strongly AGAINST using clareflorist unless you don't care if your flowers turn up on time.
