will never use Camerabox again. I ordered a camera and memory from them
12 days ago and am still waiting...so much for "order today,
delivery tomorrow". Phoned and e-mailed repeatedly, however
phone always claims to be busy. Have finally had response that courier
has lost camera and Camerabox will refund delivery (but that's no big
deal considering that couriers will not charge them for failed delivery
anyway), also been told that memory will be charged at lower price as
"the price is coming down soon anyway". Overall, totally
fed-up with broken promises and lies from them. Would you use the website again? No What rating would you give the

User review: The
Website, the ordering and delivery of the camera was fine, but once a
fault developed and the camera returned, the after sales service was
APPALLING. They quoted 2 weeks for repair. After 4 weeks they had not
responded. For the last 3 weeks I have emailed and phoned and got
absolutely no response. I am still awaiting a satisfactory response.
They have now had my Camera AND my money for 9 weeks. I WOULD AVOID THEM
AT ALL COST, even if the offers look good. Their after sales service is
non existent. Would you use the website again? No What rating would you give the
