User review: I ordered the product but did not hear anything after 6 days so rang up, was told that it should arrive later in the week and would be despatched to me on the Wednesday or Thursday. I rang again on the Monday (not in stock) and the Tuesday when told it would arrive on the Thursday, given mobile number for driver, he delivered Wednesday evening ... excellent. My only criticism would be that as there was a slight delay I could have been mailed on phoned to say at an early stage what the situation was. This gives people confidence in a company particularly as some have a poor record of dispatching I would use your company again.

User review: The service was excellent, we ordered the Fridge Freezer online (which saved us £300 on the shop retail price). A couple of days later they contacted us and asked when we would like it delivered. We organised a date and time ( a week later) and it came on that date within the time limits they told us, boxed in perfect condition... They were quick to answer, friendly and helpful on the phone and the guy who delivered it was quick, helpful and knowledgeable about the product. All in all we couldn't ask for a better service. Great Value and Great Service, I would recommend Appliance City to anyone.
