ASOS is a great website until there is a problem. I was asked to submit personal information to confirm my address, which I hadn't entered incorrectly, despite the fact I had used my card on this site many times before! They did not confirm they had received these details, and then said they were going to cancel my order, even though I had done all they had asked. They do not respond to replies to their emails, or to the contact us forms on the website. They told me that they were going to refund me for an order I didn’t want cancelled, which still hasn’t entered my account. Before I had all these problems I thought ASOS was great website, but this has started to change my views. They are in serious need of a customer services helpline.

You will all ways find something that you want and every week they add new items, they stock all the latest fashion trends. From clothes shoes and accessories to make-up and gifts I guarantee you will find something you want. It is easy to navigate from your chosen item to your shopping basket and then back to shop for more. You have to become a registered user to buy things from ASOS and once you have brought your item you get a reply to state weather your purchase has been successful. You get two options for delivery standard and express, I normally use the standard delivery and never had any problems, it normally only takes a few days. Like all sites when you buy online you cannot guarantee it will be the right size or if it's what you expected, ASOS make it so easy to return your product and then refund your money to your account. I have used this site for over 1 and half years and have had no problems with anything.
